    On 6/14/24 a Contract was signed between myself and Ciriello & Son Construction for a complete siding replacement on my home at * ******* ****** *** ********** I gave a deposit to procure a home siding product in the amount of $18,944. The contract states a completion date of 8/14/24. In early July I called the office and was told there was no material yet but the order should arrive soon. in later July I called and was told they weren't sure the material had been ordered! I have called the office numerous times since then and there has been no answer and no response to messages. I also have attempted to contact the sales person ( Jeremy L*****) on his own phone line as provided on his business card and have had no answer/ no response. The contract end date has passed and there has been absolutely no communication from this company at all. They now possess $18,944 of my money with no benefit to me in return. An on site inspection of the office reveals that the place appears to be abandoned.!!

    - we signed a general contract for service on 6/26/24 for the amount of $25,740.00
    - the services we agreed on were, demo/ripping existing roofing, installing plywood seams, installation of water barriers, synthetic barrier, and shingles as well as replacing all drip edge, and chimney flashing, lastly cleaning all removal and debris
    - the contract signed agreed on the completion date for this project to be the 7/30/24
    - as of today nobody has answered the phone, text, or email, we are expecting to receive either a response to whether or not the project will be done.

    My 30 foot fascia board is rotten and failing to hold gutter nails. It needs replacement.

    On 8/29/23 Their Sales Rep Jeremy gave me a verbal quote of $340 and followed with a digital proposal of $340 to which I added a addendum and digitally signed and returned same day.
    Jeremy stated he did not receive the signed document but would deliver a paper copy for my signature. After 3 rescheduled meeting times due to his nonavailability he eventually arrived 9/8/23 at 2:25 Pm with paper contract that did not contain my original addendum. I then requested performance date which after confirmed with his office so he provided 9/12 or 9/15 verbally but not in writing. Regardless I signed and dated 9/8/23. By this time I knew I was being lied to. No one from the company had signed the so called contract.
    45 minutes later Jeremy phoned me to say his boss told him that the company charges a minimum $500 repair fee and the $340 was not valid. I responded that his sales approach from the beginning was questionable and that I would be filing a complaint

    I expect the company to deliver and perform the work on or before 9/22/23 for the amount of $340 as stated in their written proposal which I accepted and signed 9/8/23.
