      This company will not send my contract or my billing information. I spoke to a supervisor by the name of Aryn who assured me that she would email the information I requested. She not only didn’t send my information but she won’t return my call. This company tricked me from the very start by stating that they had bought out the company I had at the time. My advice is to make sure you read any and all contracts

      We contracted in may 2015 for security system with safeguard America with 39 month contact. In the spring of 2019 we replaced safeguard system with ***** security ,who told us he would take care of discontinuing service with safeguard. In May2022 my husband died and I took over the bill-paying and noticed we were being charging monthly by both alder and another security systems. Discontinued automatic monthly payment to second security because I could not identify it nor could the bank since bank statement just says security system.. safeguard starting sending mailed statements for 3months so far. I have repeatedly told they have no provided service to our home since 2018 but they insist I still owe them the money. It is very frustrating dealing with company. I have overpaid them $2000 but they are insisting I owe them $400. I would not advise anyone to use this dishonest company
