    This transportation company picks up transport of individuals who reside in a Nursing facility and cannot utilize public transportation. The majority of the resident are wheelchair-dependent and use a mechanical device to transfer to and from the wheelchair. This provider has on many occasions not arrived to pick up the resident resulting in several missed appointments which are critical to their continuity of care. Our staff has asked on many occasions that they not pick up any transportation requests from our facility once they are dispatched through **** which all the information is provided to be dispatched to appropriate companies who state they are capable of accommodating these residents.

    This facility makes the driver wait about 25-45 mins after the scheduled pickup time for them to get ready.

    It is a cab company that help the disabled and other to doctors appointment they are always hours late or don’t show up and I have to pay the $50 cancellation fee because it’s less then 24 hours I have to cancel my appointment because they are so late and don’t make in time

    We strive to transport members on time to appointments.  With the area of pickup under construction, it can sometime delay the trip.  However, the member is always notified by phone.
