  I have been purchasing from Leaf only for two years and have been satisfied with the quality of the product they sell. I usually make an order every 3 or 4 weeks. In the two years of purchases I was only disappointed once. After some thought I sent an email with photographs of the product that I was dissatisfied with to Leaf Only customer service email informing them that I was not happy with my last order. Within a day or two I received a call from Jason who asked me what the issue was. After a couple minutes discussing the problem he apoligized and explained that I may have received the end of a large batch of leaves (which is what I thought) and he asked me how they can make good on the issue. I told Jason that I was able to use 2 1/2 lbs of the 5 lbs ordered and Jason said he would ship out a replacment the next day. I was happily surprised when 2 days later I received 4 lbs of nice replacment tobacco leaves. I have to give Leaf Only credit that they were pleasent in all communications with me, and promptly replaced the product that was not up to thier normal quality.
  I believe that Jason understood that I was not being unreasonable and he could see my purchase history and never had a complaint.
  This is the way all businesses should be operated.
  People must keep in mind that they are purchasing raw, natural, unprocessed tobacco leaves. There is a learning curve to roll your own cigarettes. You must clean, process and roll your own cigarettes and most will make several mistakes during that learning process. The tobacco will vary in moisture content, the size of leaves, and even the color tone of the leaves themselves. I would suggest that you order the tobacco a week before you intend on using the product, this way, if it is too dry it can be remoistened with a light spray of distilled water and put back in an airtight container or bag for several days white the moisture evens out between all leaves.
  But, DO NOT over moisten or you will need to dry it some.

  It's raw tobacco. When mine came it was moist and pliable.
  I'm a real customer.
  Make sure to process it ASAP and get it into a humidor. It's a lot of tobacco for a smoker at once. It would be nice if they sold tobacco flavors such as licorice root. Just the basics would be nice. Otherwise new smokers are in for a surprise when they have unflavored tobacco for the first through hundredth times. Lol. Remember the licorice root or you'll be sorry.

  I have ordered a few times. The last time to say the least. No reason to receive leafs so dry and brittle you can't even open them. And I dont want the BS excuse of "rehydrate them" if I want to rehydrate my leaves id buy dried leaves...Either way I would like a full refund or replacement.

  I'm honestly surprised by some of these reviews. I have been doing business with Leaf Only for years and I have never had any issues with product, delivery, or customer service. Even during the pandemic, they were very clear about any delays if any, and really, it's up to the consumer to decide when the best timeframe for a replenishment delivery would be. They even offer expedited service for an extra free if you need it quicker. They are very clear in their product descriptions on what the products should be used for, and what, if any, "defects" such as holes are present. My guess is that people are not reading the product descriptions and are expecting the higher quality products at the lower quality price. However, even with some natural defects, there is still a tremendous value buying the product in bulk as what is gained is far more than what is lost.
  The product is so fresh it consistently lasts me months stored properly. I always recomend them to anyone who's looking for any tobacco related products.

  I want to know why it takes 2 weeks to ship to an address located only 2 hours away. Seems like a Covid-19 exploitation to me.

  I really like the tobacco offered here. I have been buying from leafonly for years, and I have become a dedicated leaf processor. The quality of cigarette is now in my control. Thank you for making life easy.
