I purchased a product called ********* Stacked Stone through this company. They received the product through MSI. I have also tried to file my complaint with MSI but have not been provided contact information for the company through which this company purchased the product they sold me. I was given a sales rep contact, **********, who is now not taking my calls.

The product sent to me was severely damaged. Initially, about 14 boxes were destroyed and unusable. ********* replaced the initial 14 boxes; however, the second shipment sent to me was also severely damaged, resulting in approximately another 13 boxes of unusable stone. The product continued to break as I installed it. These breaks happened just by picking up the stone or opening boxes.

I was shipped two boxes of corners in the wrong color and ordered two additional boxes because I was short on what I needed. The replacement boxes were all damaged upon receiving them. I was instructed that I needed to place new orders to replace the damaged ones, and this job cost me 931.18 extra to replace what was broken and an additional 671.79 to buy different stones from a new company to finish the job. (Total 1,602.97) I was forced to use damaged stone that I don't believe will hold up to weather and time now, and I want to be reimbursed for my purchase. The company would not come to pick up the damaged product because of the cost of moving it and left me with the task of disposing of the old stone.

I have been trying to resolve this issue for months now. I want to be reimbursed for the extra expenses to replace the damaged product they sold me and to receive a discount on the stone I used, given that I could not install it without heavy modification. I had to custom-cut all my pieces to remove the broken edges on the ones that could still be used.
