    Unicomm runs a travel expo called “****** *** ********* ****” they promoted this show with a particular speaker “**** ******.” I purchased my ticket with the assumption that he would be speaking. However, I believe this was blatant false advertising. I was never sent anything saying **** would not be attending and when I did some research as to why he might not be there, I discovered he was in *******. I am certain this was not a last minute change of plans by **** since we he was filming on location with an entire crew. Unicomm either knew all along he would not be speaking at the event or when they did find out, make a conscious decision not to inform attendees. **** was even listed in the pamphlet given at the event as a speaker. Even after the show was over I was still getting ads for the show that listed **** as a speaker. I emailed this company many times asking for a refund and to have them explain themselves yet I have received no responses. I would like Unicomm to admit they falsely advertised this show and refund me my full ticketed amount. This is not an acceptable way to do business.
