1 starAbsolutely horrendous!!! Company specializes in bait & switch. Promise you the world and small print doesn’t match. Once you pay, they disappear. Not helpful. Product incorrect. I’d give them zero stars if it was an option. I purchased cabinets from Wren Milford CT. I opted for their installers. The first issues was my delivery time, I was told a date and a window of 7am/12 noon. At 2:00 I called and was told that they were 20 minutes away. I work overnight and needed to get to bed so at 2:30 I called back and told them I could not wait any longer, they would need to reschedule. I get an email that says sorry we cannot fulfill you delivery as one of our employees got hurt on the on the truck. Ok then I had to fight to get another date that would fit my work schedule. From then on it’s been one nightmare after the other. Been dealing with one manager and today there is a new manager that says it my fault because I changed my plans midstream. I changed their plans because they sold me cabinets that were 9” smaller than the one I had. I was told “we showed you drawings and pictures you should had seen the difference! So I’ve had the installers at my home three times and we’re still without our kitchen! This is the first renovation I’ve ever done I trusted Wren to guide me but boy did I make a poor choice. I don’t recommend my worst enemy use the business. I’m calling ***** ***** also to let them know they are providing funding to customers and the customers are treated very poorly !Wren Connecticut Inc

1 starCouldn't of had a worse experience all around. Was referred by my sister, went through 2 different salespeople and they lied about delivery times, etc. Took 2 weeks to approve the renderings, after 3-4 weeks of back/forth. Delivery estimated 2-3 weeks, was closer to 4 and they neglected to say that the countertops come separate and take another 2 weeks.
Overall terrible experience. Wish i could cancel and return everything, cheap MBF crap on top of it that cost us $25k.Review fromTaylor M

1 starI wish I can give wren kitchens less then a 1 star review I have never been so frustrated with a business before usually I am very leiniant about things but not what these people have put me through we got our cabinets delivered March 25th it is now May 13th and we are still dealing with issues we are spending over 40,000 for kitchen cabinets, appliances and counter tops and I will never recommend them to anyone we have had damaged cabinets come to our house then they tell us they don’t “install appliances” so we call our electrician to come in to install then we are told that the wall oven doesn’t fit because the cabinet is too small and I text our installer and they tell MY husband to unscrew the cabinet get out his saw and start fixing it when we are paying them the money so I told them no you guys can come fix it so they told me Tuesday may 7th they will come and fix the cabinets, Tuesday came and they never showed up I TEXTED them and CALLED them since then I have not heard from anyone to come fix what needs to be done this was now may 7th and now it is may 13th and we still have no resolution our cabinets are all uneven they seem annoyed every time I bring something new up our cabinets are wobbly nothing about this company is professional then I get home from work on Wednesday may 8th and they dropped off cabinets in front of my house without any notice without telling me I am VERY upset how we are being treated and feel like we are getting no where with this company and I always thought the customer was right but not with Wren!!!! We had our cabinets measured our counter tops measured before anything was delivered and nothing was correct EVEN AFTER MEASURING!!!!Review fromMaria L

1 starTerrible customer service! 6 phone calls left 0 returned! I had to drive to the ********* store due to lack of response. People that are using the software that are ill trained. Damaged cabinets. Wrong size cabinets! They told me the dates for cabinet deliveries that were each off a day. Very sloppy!
I had a credit due from last February that I only found out about in the last 6 weeks and still haven’t received! NO ONE CARES! Even the manager gave me the wrong delivery information!
When I called to have the damaged cabinet replaced I have to send a photo and the person on the phone didn’t understand what part it was or if it was the entire cabinet! POOR TRAINING. The paint finish is poor quality and there is a small lump in the finish.

1 starThis company has horrible customer service and no one actually cares to help you.My family and I have been without a kitchen for over 2 months since we began our project.We had Wren Kitchens come and measure again once our contractor put up Sheetrock and did the piping for the sink.When THREE workers came to measure everything was set up but yet they measured incorrectly.They were off by TWELVE inches.Our whole kitchen design is messed up.I have contact customer care,workers from ********* ** showroom,made a tweet on *******,sent a direct message on ******* and ********* and still have not heard back from anyone!I have emailed the CEO,Mr.P***** and Mr.T******* as well. I need to speak to someone immediately because this level of service is just getting absolutely absurd. I will also be contacting your head of customer care. 1 starThis is by far the worst company my husband and I have ever dealt with. We regret the day we ever walked into their showroom. We first spoke to a salesperson in August. He advised they could schedule delivery in October. We thought it would be fine wished by Thanksgiving. The first delivery was October 25th. The demo was not done properly for the backsplash and they put holes in the ceiling. I complained about this to no avail. The upper cabinets were the wrong size. The lower right side cabinet doesn't hide the old flooring. At least we can hide that with the refridgerator. The replacement cabinets arrived with some doors missing and the wrong side panels. They had canceled our order for the knobs and we had to reorder. When the men came to measure for a template for the counter and backslash. They couldn't measure for the backslash because the upper cabinets weren't installed. I have made calls to customer service. They said the backsplash measuring would happen November 21st when the countertop gets installed. It's been a mountain th since initial delivery and the kitchen looks like a war zone and is at a standstill. This has been a nightmare! 1 starWorst company you will ever deal with. Our kitchen was designed by a lovely person who appeared professional and was convincing that we were in expert hands. When her work was checked by another designer, only a couple of omissions were revealed. They scheduled the measuring crew to take accurate measurements. We were scheduled twice and the crew never appeared. We called Wren and were told that the team had called out sick. On the third attempt, we received a call at 7:30 AM to confirm our appointment at 11:00 AM on the same day. When I woke up at 8:30, I returned the call and was told he had already made plans to see another site. I expressed that this was the third time I was missing work for an appointment and he blamed me for not answering the phone at 7:30. I told him about the “no shows” and he told me I had been lied to by Wren. He arrived at noon after telling me he needed 2 hours and I explained to him I needed to leave for a trip by 1PM. He argued endlessly with me and I told him I would cancel the entire order. I asked to speak with his supervisor and he told me he was the supervisor. He was rude and surly upon arrival and reiterated that this was all my fault. I complained to our designer who offered a polite apology but glossed over the issue. We met with the designer to go over the final plans and she neglected to mention our cabinets would not abut our kitchen window. Neither did she mention that our kitchen window and sink would not be in alignment. The design was amended and submitted. The kitchen was delivered on time by Wren’s trucking company but many of the parts were missing including doors and the wrong size set of drawers. They also did not send an updated installation plan so the installers installed incorrectly. We are now in our 3rd week of installation and it will be another week to complete since the final door became damaged. Two of the drawers bump into each other and can only open part way. 1 starPlease be aware of their miscommunication with their third party vendors. We signed an agreement with a kitchen table in the kitchen design with 6 seats and the piece of quartz was supposed to be 57 and 3/4 inches. However, when the template was completed the number submitted for fabrication was 49.7 inches which did not account for our overhang and therefore left us with only 4 seats to our kitchen table. The template worker came into my house with a Wren document (who I assumed had our exact same final contract) and did not mention a change in size, and therefore the generic template checklist of "all overhangs were discussed" was initialed. Wren is stating there is nothing they can do since this was initialed. I am not a contractor and therefore hired Wren to complete my project as they advertise this would all be taken care of. So when all "overhangs were discussed" the only thing I could think of was how my husband and I agreed verbally upon rounded edges with the template worker. Long story short, I have spoke to customer service who was very rude and put the blame on the customer many times by saying I initialed. I did not disagree to the initial, but they had no response for the fact that my entire design of 6 seats were no longer visible. I was not looking for a discount or free item, just the kitchen countertop I signed off for. Lesson learned.
