      Extremely Disappointing Experience — Proceed with Caution!
      I had a very bad experience with this company. What started as a small project back in October 2024 is still unresolved as of now. The entire process has been unprofessional, with a severe lack of customer service and accountability.
      They require full payment upfront, leaving customers with no recourse if the project isn't done properly — which is exactly what happened in my case. The work led to expensive personal damages, and although they acknowledged responsibility, no meaningful resolution has been offered. They even fired an employee at the beginning of my project for unprofessional conduct, yet the issues persisted throughout.
      I am still dealing with the fallout and will continue to update this review as the situation unfolds. I’m sharing my story so that others can be warned and hopefully avoid a similar experience.

      We’re sorry to hear that you remain dissatisfied, despite the many efforts our team has made over several months to address your concerns.
      We want to clarify a few important facts for the benefit of anyone reading this review:
      Your project involved the fabrication and installation of a soapstone fireplace surround and hearth. The scope of work was clearly outlined and agreed to in a signed sales order. When we arrived for installation, your original hearth had not been removed and we were therefore unable to proceed with the installation. As a gesture of goodwill, we agreed to remove the existing hearth for you at a significantly reduced cost.
      Our team carried out the removal carefully and manually — deliberately avoiding equipment that would make the job easier for us because it would create more dust — and completed the installation. In fact, your husband expressed appreciation for our work and offered our crew a thoughtful tip.
      After the installation, you reached out with several concerns- most of which were minor. We returned to your home multiple times to address each of them and did our best to satisfy every request. Your current dissatisfaction centers on our refusal to pay for a house-wide cleaning service for dust that you stated settled in your home after the hearth removal. As explained in our installation agreement, stone installation is a construction process so both noise and dust should be expected. We’ve had multiple conversations with you, and several members of our team — including the head of the department — have personally visited your home in good faith. We are disappointed that our efforts to resolve this amicably were met with threats of legal action and reputational harm.
      It’s also important to note that your statement about an employee being terminated due to unprofessional conduct on your project is simply untrue. The individual’s departure from our company had nothing to do with your job.
      We understand that home projects can be stressful, and we made every effort to resolve your concerns respectfully and professionally — including site visits, phone calls, and direct communication with multiple members of our management team. While we were not working alongside other trades, we could see that other contractors had previously worked in the space, which may have also contributed to the dust and disruption that concerned you.
      We take pride in our work and our customer service. While we regret that this project did not meet your expectations, we remain confident in the professionalism, care, and responsiveness we brought to the job.
