    Acura and ******** toyota lost my business .They tried to charge me for outer tie rods for a cost of $600 , I got 2 other professional estimates , and both found nothing wrong with the tie rods . it was just a loose bolt on the steering linkage .def a safety issue . CT DMV will def hear about this. I def am going to try and get my extra hard earned money I put up for an extended "bumper to bumper' warranty that I honestly know they will not honor . I definitely do not trust Acura or ******** to do any work at all on any of my vehicles ,and have to find a trustworthy mechanic for the future . In addition among other issues with my car , I spent 3 1/2 hrs in the dealer just for my first free oil change they tried to charge me $95 for . I sent emails to the dealer but no one even got back with a resolve.
    Apparently they think they can get away with taking peoples money , and not honoring what is agreed to on paper . They def don't even deserve 1 star

    Acura of Milford is a fraud they rip people off they robbed me for thousands and also robbed my mom for eight grand what she ended up getting back but I was going to wear that she was already charged $1000 a similar situation happened with me when I came in looking for a vehicle saw one for 13 grand at the end of everything they said the car was 18 out the door.
    I told them I only had 16 cash. They thanks for the two managers and the district manager said that he would do it for 16 total. When my sales person came back he asked if my how my credit was I told him I was good and he said I will. I should buy a warranty ran my credit and then told me that I was approved. I spent the entire day there they approve me for the loan, but told me they would have to give me some money back in order for me to get the loan for the warranty. They handed me four grand back and told me they had to give me some money back in order for me to be approved for the loan and the for the WARRANTY. I chose the cheapest one. Long story short they had me there all day no one went over the paperwork thoroughly with me or the warranty papers. My card total came to 24,000. So how is it that a 13 grand car ended up being 18 out the door then after when they agreed it would be 16 out the door for me they run my credit and see that it was good EVEN THOUGH I STATED I DIdNT HAVE A JOB they told me it didn’t matter !! The loan should have only been for four grand and i don’t know how much a warranty costs THE CHEAPEST warranty shouldn’t be 8 grand!!!!!!!!!!! I have a loan for 12 grand when I reviewed the paperwork my car that’s worth only ten grand, I get charged 24000 which was no where on the paperwork no total on the paperwork at all!! How is this fair my tires have needed air the day I left the dealership ! I went back there several times and they basically have said different excuses of why I had to come back and how they didn’t agree on it being 16 out the door!! They also overcharged my mom 8gs

    I purchased a 2021 Acura RDX for my wife about a year ago from Acura of Milford and unfortunately it has spent more time in the dealership than in my driveway. When I first bought the car, it had some sort of clicking or knock coming from the front end along with a humming noise coming from the driver's front tire when driving on the highway around 60 mph. I have been so disappointed not only with the car but as well as the dealership as they have been so unprofessional by not only returning my calls but also by having me drive an hour away so they can take a ride to see if I can duplicate the noise to then tell me that the technician that drove with me isn't the guys working on my car and the one that is cant here the noise. Needless to say, I called Acura where they had someone serve as a middle person but didn’t seem to solve the issue. Acura has sent one of their field Techs around 5 different occasions and still the problem exists. I was told that the humming noise was coming from the tires and when I challenged that by asking them to install 4 tires from a car from their lot it turned out to be not the tires. At this point my wife is starting to feel unsafe in her vehicle that my kids ride in. I did purchase used but it was new to us, and we didn’t expect to run in to this issue so early in the purchase along with them not being able to rectify the issues with the car. I have been waiting for the dealership to return my call for about 2 weeks now, prior, I insisted on calling till I got a hold of someone where I spoke to Fernando, and he explained that he was familiar with my case but will return my call but has yet to do so. I would like to add that I don’t appreciate how the dealership wants to disregard my issues and try to convince me to trade my wife's car instead. I have owned Acura's in the past but unfortunately this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth not only about the dealership but as well as the product that they sold me.

    Acura Milford robbed me on my trade half the price that my car is worth then sold me a car with issues they don’t want to fix same day I heard a noise underneath car Acura tlx trade was 2012 TL perfect condition not only they didn’t fix the problem but had to keep going back 3 times same issue for a car that’s still under warranty still not fixing the problem I pointed out wheel bearing they still refuse and want me to pay for it. How can I really I just bought it couple days ago no call no resolution just ignored message to management no call back will not shop there again terrible how I’m being treated.

    was quoted 630 a month for mdx tech with 10k equity i asked for 2k back and they made the payment 850 so basically they charging me 6k interest on my own money called to resolve and they have no recollection of the original payment

    Mr. Farooqi came in on March 28th and wanted to lease a new MDX TECH with out using any cash out of pocket. He had a trade we appraised and we showed him a payment of 830 per month with getting 2000 back in cash. His trade enabled him to use no money out of his pocket and get 2000 cash back from us. His trade covered all his taxes and fees as well. He signed our Darwin Menu and chose to purchase one product Simonize that lifted his payment from 830 to 850.     Purchased a car from this dealer and less than a year its been in their service shop twice for the same issue. They offered no loaner while taking weeks to work on the same issue. Customer service is below average. Trying to get someone on the phone is nearly impossible and everyone's voice mail is full. Where is management? Have you guys heard of the lemon law?
