    Thought things were going well with the purchase of a 2024 Crosstrek (excluding the hard sell for an extended warranty) but when I got home I discovered that I was missing my driver's license and registration for the new car. We looked everywhere.

    Additionally, I left a $100 cash down payment which they can't seem to account for, and ended up buying a temporary license for $30.

    I called everyone I'd contacted and left message and a promise of a return call from the sales person. How hard is it to find a file?

    Also left messages and emails with the finance guy, the Love Promise guy and, being a bit of a Karen I went up to the Manager. Oh yes, I did, because basically, I now own a $34,000 un-driveable car.

    All I really want is proof of the $100 deposit and $30 reimbursement for the temp license.

    And I'm a VIP client.
