They conducted the original maintenance which was a starter module replacement to my satisfaction. However, my dash cam hasn't worked since my car was brought to them. While awaiting an appointment for that, my heat shield, which wasn't previously a problem. Both of these issues were non-existent before repairs were done. The sales manager said I was making false accusations and trying to avoid responsibility in order to charge me. Originally this dealership had good rapport with me, now it doesn't.

Today 04/27/2023, was passing by the dealership around 12:10PM and it reminded me of my past experience with the dealership when I purchased a new Honda Accord EXL. Not sure if the management has changed but it was called COURTNEY HONDA back in 2011. So In October 2011, when I went in there to buy a 2012 model, everything went smoothly till when it came to choosing the color and they said the color Red/basque maroon they said it was not delivered from Japan due to the Tsunami and the nuclear reactor leak in Sendai, Japan, so only 2011 model is available and that then can get it transported from another dealer out of state and I agreed but when I requested if they could give me a discount for the older model instead of a 2012 model, they didn’t give an consideration to my request and I had to pay the full 2012 model price for a 2011 Accord Exl. That left me disappointed but anyway I went on. After few years when I brought it back in for a service check in 2016/2017 just to make sure it’s all good to give it to my new driver/teenage daughter, they do all the oil change and check everything and go ahead with changing/replacing certain things like power steering fluid etc and charge me for the same even though it was not necessary. I still own/keep a 2008 Highlander Limited which is purchased new and it’s driven 235000 miles and never have I replaced the power steering fluid and it still runs great.
Today as I was passing by I thought I should go in and give the feedback so it might help them in future sales. Anyway ever since I had that experience, I never purchased a Honda and always make sure to share my experience with people.
