      I paid for a subscription for this magazine several times. The latest was in March 2023 and I have yet to recieve an issue. I contacted Suzanne C***** via email and ******** *********.

      Via ******** ********* she promised to send me an issue in October 2023 which I never received. I have tried to contact her via ******** ********* and tell her I never received a single issue. I have provided my address and phone number to try to discuss the status of my subscription. She has not responded to me. I would either like a full refund or the subscription I paid for.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

      I tried resolving this for almost a year but thanks to the work of the BBB the business finally responded and did the right thing.
