    I have the best service and coverage from Modern! I can’t say enough good things about this company. They are so responsive and reliable.
    The service contract is worth every penny! If there are any problems they are almost always out the next day to fix the problems.

    We called several places for service, and there was no availability until mid-December. We were able to make an appointment with Modern. They had very high ratings. We received service from technician Victor G., who was very educated and professional. He had a lot of knowledge of Lochinvar Noble Boiler. We recommend his services.
