    Paid for 2 Palm tree rentals beginning of April 2023 and told delivery was first week of May 2023. Due to bad weather they had delays which I was fine with. However, tried to contact them a few times in May and no response. Then they finally responded 6/11 that they were going to come out and delivery that week. No one showed up. Again I contacted them. The owner said on 6/19 he would delivery 6/20. Again a no show. I sent an email and still no response and its 7/3/23. Finally on 7/17/23 he responds saying he has had a hard season with the weather. My response was you could at least communicate and not ignore me. That I wanted a refund but that is when he said he cannot give one because he does not have the money. Then he proceeded to send me a screen shot of his bank account balance. This is unacceptable service. Attached is the email and text correspondence between Brandon the owner and I. The text part is a copy and paste so it does not format correctly into a word document.

    Contacted company to store my winter plant. Asked for a quote, which was provided. However was instructed to not make payments via the radio button provided on the online quote. Instructed to make a deposit ($400) via *****. Tried that, however it got declined for reasons unknown. They acknowledge that they sometimes have issues with ***** and asked that I make the deposit through *******, which I did. Got other options for winter storage and requested a refund via *******. Spoke with company and they promised to provide the refund. However, have since switched off their phone and are unreachable. This prompted me to do an online search about this company and saw some non-reputable reviews. All I want is my deposit to be refunded

    Hello

    I must say THANKS alot for all your assistance in making contact with the seller, because I magically got a call from them. They finally made the refund. However, the reasoning for not making contact or providing my requested refund seemed far fetched. Apparent reasoning for not making contact was because they didn't have cell service; and for the refund - they stated that they were waiting for a refund from the ********** so as to process mine. Not sure how that's applicable as they are linked to the **********, but I finally got my refund.

    Purchased palm trees on 2/10/22 for $2,600. Never delivered. Never respond my my calls and emails.
