I purchased a *** ***** from Car Factory. Armando M**** was my salesman. Everything was done via online and phone due to Covid. I purchased the extended warranty for $2470. I brought my vehicle down to their dealership for an oil change and because my ac wasn't charged that I paid $106 for and the tech ended up breaking my windshield washer tank. I brought my car for a 2nd time due to a noise and a jump in the front end with my axle and supposedly fixed it. They waived the $106 due to the damage done to the windshield fluid tank. I just called a few days ago because that noise and jumping started again, my ac again didn't work. I discovered that they closed. I called the warranty company for a referral to another dealer and found out my warranty is in fact not valid. They have no record of my transaction. It doesn't appear any of the work was ever done in the two services I had, but more damage was in fact done. That I now have to pay for out of pocket.

I purchased a car from Car Factory Direct on 4/25/2022. The sold me a car with a bad transmission. They kept telling me they were going to fix it. They had me waiting months for the new transmission to come in. Then when the transmission was supposedly in they had no mechanic. I was waiting weeks and I kept calling getting the same answer. Then they called me to bring it to a different shop to get it fixed and the shop they told me did not work on transmissions. I called them and told them and someone was suppose to get back to me and no one did. They also charged me $2,499 for a warranty and they did not send the money to company. Now I have no warranty but the amount is part of my car loan. They charged me $2,499 and I have nothing for it.

We purchased 2 cars from Car Factory Direct located in ******** **. One purchased 1/9/2021 a 2012 ****** ********* 2008 ******* *** purchased 1/31/2021. Both cars purchased with 3-year warranties through *********** ******** ***. On September 7,2022 I placed a call into *********** ******** for service of cars. Had been informed ** hasn't had a claim from CFD since 2020. Called CFD dealership only to be lied to and told they were having issues with ** Inc. As a result, not using their service. CFD continued to offer warranty services and collecting monies for policies that were not vaild. This has cost us close to $5,000.00 plus interest paid for fraudulent warranties and cars still needing service. Dealership claims they are open as does their website. However, drove to location to see an empty dealership. There have been multiple calls placed into CFD by us only be told everyone is busy and can't talk to me. Also they never turned in prior plates from 2 trade ins and leaving me with over a 1yr and half worth of back taxes to my town to date. CFD have/had been aware of this multiple times and strongly advised us the matter was taken care of and we did not have to worry about our taxes. I received the final delinquent tax notice to pay. called CFD again to confront of this and was told, sorry. 3rd complaint was told both cars cleared emissions so not to worry. Only a month or so after purchase of cars we received delinquent emissions testing needed on both. Called CFD on this as well was advised it was handled and discard any notices. Cars still need to go through emissions to date since purchase. I have texts saved from one of the owners throughout the before during and after purchases of cars and issues mentioned. Only too been lied to. I demanded yesterday, my money back with interest for the fraudulent warranty polices sold to us. Demanded all contracts signed by us for both cars to compare if tampered with against ours. Texts to back up conversations,
