  CALLED AND SPOKE WITH BOB ABOUT A JEEP, TOLD ME EVERYTHING ABOUT IT. DROVE DOWN THEIR AND MET WITH BOB IN PERSON AND FURTHER DISCUSED THE VEHICLE. WENT FOR A TEST RIDE. IT WAS EVEYTHING HE SAID IT WAS. SAT DOWN, DISCUSED PRICE AND PURCHASED THE VEHICLE. IT WAS A SMOOTH AND EASY TRANSACTION. VERY PLEASURABLE EXPERANCE. IF YOU ARE IN THE MARKET FOR A USED VEHICLE I HIGHLY RECOMEND THEM. BOB WAS THE MOST INFORMATIVE AND PLEASURABLE SALES PERSON I HAVE EVER DELT WITH!

  Spoke to a salesman on the phone in the morning about coming to ******* for a test drive. I received another phone call shortly after from Bob, who asked me if I had any questions about my visit, I thought this a bit strange. Arrived on time, the salesmen said he would get the key and meet me out by the car. i went outside and walked around the car giving it my examination. He came out opened the car and asked me to have a seat in the driver's seat. I adjusted the mirrors and seat in preparation to drive. he went around the other side and got in, he let down the top since this was a convertible. He then asked me how I was financing the car, of which I stated I wasn't sure since I hadn't gone for the test drive yet. He stated that this was a "cash car" that I could not finance the car because of the age (2005). I stated what is the cash price and he said the asking price is the cash price. I stated the price is almost 6k over KBB. He stated I could look at one of the other newer cars on the lot so I could finance. Bait n Switch

  The customer reached out to our dealership regarding our **** ************* ****** At no time did he ask if we could arrange financing for him, nor did he ask if the price was negotiable. It is common knowledge vehicles of this age cannot be financed with conventional car loans. Generally the customer would pay for their purchase or arrange their own personal loan etc.
  The customer seemed indignant that we would not lower our price by $6000 or more and was very disappointed that we could not provide financing for an 18 year old special interest car. Throughout our 47 years in business, our advertised prices have always competitive and are generally firm not matter how the vehicle is paid for.
  Obviously this person does not understand what a bait and switch tactic is.

  October,2023 I picked up my vehicle a **** ***** *** ***** *******. I saw my vehicle in the lot the exterior was meticulously cleaned as it was detailed extremely well as were all the vehicles on the lot. I entered office and was greeted by the staff. The office was clean as was the bathroom i was offered a bottle of water which i accepted. I asked for vehicle key to look at interior of vehicle. The interior was beautifully cleaned and detailed nothing was missed. All the paperwork was compete before i got there. .The most important thing was there were NO HIDDEN FEES. I did a lot of research and did contact other dealers who advertised a similar price however they all all add on top of the dealer FEE which you have to pay no matter where you go however PREP FEES DESTINATION CHARGE DOCUMENTATION CHARGE TRANSPORT CHARGE by the time you finish its 1750 to 2900 in additional charges. AT CHIPS you pay the dealer charge plus taxes which is normal. There are no additional fees I found them to be HONEST AND REPUTABLE and i would recommend them to my friends and family. The vehicle i picked runs fantastic everything is in good working order. i am extremely satisfied with my purchase. ***** **
