    Terrible communication. Do not follow through on their word. I purchased a vehicle in December of2023 and I am still running on a template in the middle of March because they are unable to do a plate transfer. Very discouraging. I also had to bring the vehicle back shortly after purchasing it because there was an issue with antifreeze and a noise in the motor. They fix the antifreeze issue, but the motor is still making an awful noise. My warranty is now expired so they do not want to do anything situation.

    The customer service is always good here in ******** I travel to this one because I’ve never had an issue. The one in *********** is very unprofessional, that I’m surprised they are still in business.
    UPDATE
    Changed my review from 5 stars to 1 star. I cannot believe the lack of customer service in the Service Department! I purchased my Kia Credenza here back in 2019. I’ve always got my service done here. I will NEVER go back here. I went to **** **** **** today to get a tire rotation. They informed me they needed a wheel lock. I didn’t even know, because we never been asked for one, because we always go to ******* Kia.
    So I call and head down there to get a wheel lock, because there wasn’t one in my car. Kia ******* proceeds to tell me I would have to purchase the wheel lock key. Why would I have to purchase it when it should’ve came with the car when I purchased it? They told me I had 3 months to make that complaint when I made the purchase. They refused to give me a wheel lock key. They told me they would charge me if they had to unlock the wheels for me.
    Don’t go here, they don’t care about their loyal customer. I will be making my next purchase at another Kia Dealership.
