    The date was around March 26th or 27th it's onthe screenshot on my **** *** receipt Jamie L***s the champs**** who's an affiliate marketer pestered me with offers for over a year I finally took them up on one it was offered information on cryptocurrencies that is wife had and I paid $300 and instead all I got was a 45-minute class on affiliate marketing that was old and outdated and pretty much useless to me I contacted the company at least five times they acknowledge getting my request for a refund but they do nothing about it they just ignore it The guy is a scam artist and I insist on getting my money back for my refund of $297

    The customer was refunded as we have a 30 day money back guarantee. he explained to us that he has never purchased anything from us before so did not know he would actually be refunded. It typically takes 24-48 hours for a refund request to be fulfilled.

    On 5/31/2024 I purchased a custom offer from Jamie L****. It was supposed to be ready in a week!! Fact it is still not ready and has only worked on it maybe a total of less than a week!!! I have since opened an account for auto responder which is free for a month and the bill will be due soon so I will have to close it. So the only response I got was when I asked for a refund now I am simply fed up this was $1194 which may be chump change for them but for me nooo. I want this resolved that I get a complete refund bottom line product not delivered and now no interest in this

    Jamie L**** with Champ Entertainment invited people (****** ********) to invest in the promotion of his products. The products were and are affiliate marketing software and info. In particular I joined him for a 10% return on his product (**** *****) for a $3795 investment. I received $515 during its initial launch. The product entered into an ********* stage where it earned more. He did not pay me the additional funds deserved and he never contacted me about the results. I had to chase him with many times-no response. When I did get hold of him, he told me to be patient, the money would come. When it didn't come, he offered to send my investment back or put me in a new "launch". At first I said OK to the launch idea but then again no communication about it. So I emailed him many times to return my funds since the same pattern was showing again. He and his team stopped responding so I can only believe he has no intent in refunding. At this point I don't care about the returns. I just want what I invested $3797-$515=$3282 I will stay away unless people give me collateral. Trust is not valued in the US anymore and L**** has proven himself not to be worthy of people's trust which is strange since he claims to make million$ from his business. Maybe its a *****. I can't tell. I can only report my experience and it didn't have to be this way. Buyer beware!

    Another individual complained on the BBB about the same Revenue Sharing Program. It was resolved between the parties. So this BBB has been helpful before in this case. I need your help too. I am consumer, not a person with much means. I am retired and need my money back.

    Customer purchased a JV contract 3-4 years ago for 10% of our brand we built. The brand was launched and the customer received his 10%. Multiple meetings and explanations were given in regards to the brand. The customer was informed that the relaunch of the brand may occur or may not occur and we are not obligated to relaunch the brand as stated in our terms. He has also violated our terms on multiple occasions, however we continued to assist the customer.

    I was trying to give the vendor a chance to rectify this on this platform. Since he doesn't think he has to honor his role in this partnership then I have determined this needs to placed in the best hands who supervise this kind of investment. His contract is not the deciding formula, the law is. I have already shared this situation with the authorities but I wanted to give him one more chance. Since he thinks he can bluff and huckster his way through like his ventures then reality is next up. I appreciate the BBB for providing us both the opportunity to resolve this in a proactive manner.
