I have been a Sippin customer for 30+ years. They always provide excellent service. They know to get to my home before the snow, to avoid my treacherous driveway, their website is easy to navigate and their techs are always punctual, courteous and helpful. Bryan V. is an example of that and an excellent A/C tech who took the time to explain things to me.

I purchased a new furnace from Sippin in 2019. Their prices very competitive and they did an excellent job in installing and servicing my furnace. I have been their customer since then and had no complaint. Their technicians are very experienced. Their oil prices are very competitive and there is never any argument about what is covered or not for equipment service. I have used many other companies in the past who try to use fine prints to bill you for maintenance that should be covered under contract.Sippin Energy Products

New Year’s Eve morning we discovered we didn’t have heat. A call to Sippin brought Jon to our house in minutes. We are so pleased we have such reliable and knowledgeable service available to us at any time of the day or night. The peace of mind Sippin Energy provides to us is priceless! We called Sippin with a situation with our generator and Sean saw that Luis was in the area. Within an hour, Luis arrived and noted what the problem was and planned a course of action to address the issue. Outstanding service!Sippin Energy Products

The water heater connected to our boiler was leaking a lot, and so we called Sippin at around 9pm to help. Our tech offered to help us turn off the water heater valves so we could stop the leak. He instantly connected to us on FaceTime and saw the valves that needed to be shut off, and instructed us on what to do to manage the situation safely and efficiently. Our family appreciated the immediate help and I know the water damage was limited because we were able to manage the leak quickly.Sippin Energy Products
