    I ordered 2 items as wedding gifts and they came out better than I could have hoped. They look great and are high quality. The website is extremely easy to use and the items were quickly delivered. I highly recommend using Groovy Groomsmen as I will certainly use them in the future.

    I placed my order 7 days before I needed it and paid for express shipping. I told them at the time of my order I needed it on the 13th for my 30th wedding anniversary. I paid for express. The very next day I got email it had shipped (my 1st impression was wow), however when I looked they had only created the label. It did not actually ship GROUND until 2 days later. . They also invited me to get 10% off on my 1st order after I placed my first order. They gave no credit for the failed arrival or the 10%. Customer service was useless.

    I went back-and-forth with this company after receiving my items. Unfortunately, well, the exterior looked absolutely beautiful, the inside of the flask just didn’t look safe to drink out of. I emailed the company to find out more information, initially I thought the flask was filled with mold or rust. What I was told is that the flasks have bonding areas from where they were welded together and that’s what I was seeing. I wish that I could attach a photo to show you how bad these are, I wouldn’t feel comfortable giving these. I emailed to ask for a refund, they glossed over the whole matter, and it was just easier for me to drop it than argue. I guess I’m out $200, because I threw these in the trash. There’s no way that I could give these gifts to somebody, and when they finish drinking out of the flask, see the bottom of a rusted Metal flask. It just doesn’t feel safe. What a shame because the outside was so nice.
