      SCAM ALERT!!!
      Do not use this company, they will take your money without any services rendered. I had a signed contract for today and paid for moving help months prior. I spoke to “Ericka” several times during this time period. The day off, NO SHOW! All contact numbers disconnected! I even messaged on Facebook and Instagram, sent an email to “Ericka”, “Joy” and “Ahmin”- the supposed owners with no response. I will be taking steps to attempt to get a refund and be compensated for costs incurred.

      We understand your frustration and can DEFINITELY relate if we were in your shoes, looking in for the outside, especially not being able to reach us by phone (which we are still experiencing technical difficulties)
      We again apologize to you as we have in several email communications and in our response to you on ******* Unfortunately, it was an error on our end with the dates and scheduling on our dispatch end which led to your move being scheduled on the wrong date.
      As we mentioned over the weekend, your FULL deposit has been processed and should take 5-10 business days to reflect back onto your credit card which you used to book the reservation.
      We assure you, we have NO intention to NOW or EVER scam you or any of our customers. This was an HONEST BUT GROSS error on OUR end which we take FULL responsibility for and acknowledge, as this is not the norm as all of our customers can attest to. We cannot apologize enough!
      We will follow up with you in 10 business days, to assure that you have received your full refund via your credit/debit card. Again, we extend our sincerest apologies and wish you the very best.

      Owner is not professional. Owner received services from another company and never paid bill. Called to get a new form of payment and Joy refused to talk about the charges she owed stating that she had a new credit card but needed to activate it. Told her I would hold while she activated it. She then hung up on me. She now has changed her number and no one answers at the office. She takes others money, but doesn't pay her own bills. Shame on this company!

It is with every intention to resolve this matter in a less hostile setting as this is why it led to the current situation; and ask you again, that you refrain from personal attacks on the character of the manager as it solves no purpose or resolution.
