    We booked a cruise for 2025 but were unfortunately not able to take advantage of it. We reached out and requested a refund in the amount of $133.26. Mark C******** replied on May 7th that we would see our refund within 5 business days. We reached out again on May 14th after not receiving our refund, Mark replied on May 16th that the refund had went through on his end and we should be receiving it. As of May 20th we have not received our refund, we've checked our account, there is no pending refunds or credits showing. We would like our $133.26 refund.

    Two tickets purchased on 2/24/23 ($119 total). Tickets were advance purchase to upcoming event this summer. Repeated outreach to vendor in an attempt to book dates were unsuccessful (3/10/23, 4/11/23). I requested a refund on 4/25/23, and received a confirmation from the vendor that he would refund my purchase (4/30/23). Outreach again (5/3/23, 5/17/23, 5/24/23) to follow up on the status on my refund resulted in mixed, misleading and ineffective responses from the vendor ('You will see a credit to your account within 5 business days' on 5/5/23; A request for copy of my purchase confirmation on 5/20; A link to book a reservation for an up coming event on 5/24/23; and a request for my home address to send a refund check on 5/27/23) The vendor then called me to explain that his third party payment processor was no longer in business, he couldn't figure out how to refund me, though he does have the transaction information for the purchase, and that he's never run into this issue before. I told him I wasn't comfortable giving him my home address and that according to several online complaints that I had subsequently found, indeed he had many disgruntled customers who had asked for a refund. He asked if I'd consider going forward with attending the event and he would give me cash at that time. Of course not! I no longer have any trust that this vendor/business is legitimate. And even if it is I don't trust that he will follow through on his offer. I am asking that the vendor refund me the full amount I paid and have directed him to work with his bank to resolve the payment issue. As of today (6/6/23) I have not received any communication or confirmation from my bank for this transaction,

    Responding to the last message I received from BBB, this case was resolved earlier this month when I reached out to the vendor again and he refunded me in full.
