    October 1st 2024 10 am i picked up my scooter from Pauls shop, i paid the bill in full and waa given an itemized receipt for work done on the scooter. Got the scooter home and had it less than 4 hours and it was incapacitated in the same manner as it did before it was dropped off. I had a friend examine the scooter for me and he said there were no new parts recently installed on this motorbike. He also charged me full price for new side panels and gave me old used panels with larger cracks in them than the panels he was replacing. Yet i was assured I'd have new panels. The bike (and myself and passenger) was also involved in a crash due to his unsafe practices in patching a tire that was worn down to the belt instead of replacing it with a new tire. And when i called and spoke with the owner (Paul) this morning he berated me and hung up with zero interest in resolving the issue amicably. I will now be seeking legal council on how to further deal with this matter.
