    Our agency has unfortunately experienced issues with this company making false promises. We had high hopes when we decided to work with them, but sad to say they did not deliver. Despite reaching out and giving them opportunity to assist us with our claims, they took our money and failed to deliver any results. We advise caution when dealing with this company. Despite making monthly payments, they have repeatedly assured us they would assist with filing claims to Medicare. The company did not follow through on their commitment to help us with our billing. In addition, we discovered the DSO ceased billing without notifying our agency, and they did not submit any claims. This has resulted in significant financial losses for our company due to our trust in DSO's promises. It is important to exercise caution and be aware of such false promises. If given a choice I wont even give a 1 star after what damages they have done to our agency.
