    Failed Bow Rehair Unprofessional response from Upton I am $175 into a bow rehair from Upton and my bow is unusable. I contacted them to see if they would have me send it back to correct and was told that they were “swamped” and unable to take my bow back to fix. Eric said “maybe we should just refund, that ok?” I replied sure refund and I would drive 2 hours to the nearest shop to get it corrected. Half the hair at the tip has come out so half the bow hair is limp. It appears they used hair that was cut too short and it pulled out. So after two weeks. I have had no reply to 3 emails and one voicemail left for Upton. No refund no apology.

    Resolution was made with customer, there was a miscommunication, and we were told the complaint was made in haste and would be retracted.
