    My husband and I purchased new eyeglass frames and lenses from the Eyeglass Lass. My glasses were ordered in February. Several attempts were made to contact the store owner. We could not call, we sent several texts, all were unanswered. May 13th we finally had to drive to the store (1 1/2 hours away from us) to get an answer. We were told the frames were back ordered, they were lost, so while in the store I picked out another frame. My husband also had to order new lenses as the ones he received in November were not correct. So, in May we trusted that our orders would be filled. We have been unable to make contact with this business. We will need to drive there and this time, we will ask for credit. We can not contact this business. They will not return our calls or texts. This is a one woman show but that is no excuse for having absolutely no way of contacting this business except in person.

    RE: Complaint # ******** Two days after this complaint was entered we received a text that our eyeglasses had been shipped. This case has been resolved - we received our glasses and were fairly compensated for the delay.
