    Lawn Mower Repair - Told it was a simple spring on the cabuator, then told it neededa head gasket then told still not fixed as they did knwo what this issues is.

    I would like to inform BBB that the owner of Giant Oak Repair Shop contacted me 10/17 and explain the issues he was having at his shop. Owner Skip explained to me that he was unaware of my issue with my mower since he had to take care of family issues. In the end he wanted to "make it right" and he was replacing and installing a brand new motor at no charge since his employees broke my motor and we unresponsive to my voice mails and emails.

    I picked up my mower today and I am satisfied sine not only did he make me whole with repairing my mower but actually seem to care about his business and a customer, taking the time to call and making sure my mower is repair correctly.

    So I would like to make sure that my claim is now changed to satisfied and the issue as been resolved.
