    I purchased a fridge from this business April 2, 2024. Since then I have reached out multiple times in regards to the fridge not cooling. The first issue was my new fridge did not have handles and I requested them and it took them weeks to respond to me. I have multiple text messages proving I reached out to say it was not working . Finally August 1 2024. I reached out after another few weeks of not hearing back to request some type of resolution. The owner promised to send me a replacement, however, has since failed to respond to any text messages and a month later my fridge is still not working. I have received no refund nor a replacement. Well Over $600 of grocery’s. It’s has been months and I am A low income mother of four on disability with children and no working fridge and no communication from this business. I do not trust any exchange of a fridge that they would provide I solely would like to request a refund, and the owner of this business is refusing to provide one. I have been more than patient and over the course of six months to have some type of resolution, and this business has refused to acknowledge any of my issues . I am requesting a full refund of my purchase. If the Better Business Bureau cannot help me, I fully intend to file a small claims court lawsuit, but I am reaching out to the Better Business Bureau in hopes of avoiding that. The only thing I can do is the right thing and provide me a refund. This business has changed their names multiple times to hide from complaints and has multiple **** under the same name and owner. this business has no intention of helping me or resolving any of my issues or concerns since it’s been 6 months since my first issue . I have multiple lines of threads to prove that I have been reaching out over the course of of the past six months with no resolution And barely any response .
    One of the owners even threatened me, saying I quote “not going to help you if you keep acting like that”
