5 starsCouldn’t ask for a better experience! Great overall work but also as people very easy to work with. Always communicated throughout the job and was easily accommodating for small changes. I really was blown away with the ease of the experience and we lived in the house through the renovation. So they did an amazing job containing the mess during demo and cleaning up after it was over! 5 starsMy front door needed to be replaced in the middle of winter. Gardner tracked down the perfect door, and it was installed in a day. He works with a smaller crew, and pretty much does one job at a time, on site and directly supervising. Good problem solving skills, arrived on time and did high quality work. Gardner Construction did a great job on installing a front porch/deck on our house. They had to chisel through an old and uneven concrete front patio and stairs to get rid of the concrete and be able to pour the forms. The change to the look (and I am sure the value) of our house is incredible. His team cleaned up after each day and showed professional workmanship.
The town had a major delay in approving our building permit so we couldn't do it as scheduled, but Shawn worked us into his busy workload and completed it quickly after getting the town approval. So thanks to Shawn and his team, it looks great and the wife is happy !!!
We WILL be calling you again, when we need more work done at our home.

Shawn and his team did amazing work renovating two of our bathrooms. The crew showed up every single day on time and went above and beyond giving us the bathrooms we always wanted. They even helped and gave advice on other little projects around the house which was a pleasant surprise. They were all friendly and easy to work with. We could not be happier with their work and cannot wait to use them again for future projects.Gardner Construction

Shawn was great to work with for our siding project! We had some damage from a couple of wind events. Shawn was easy to get in touch with, and came out quickly to address our problem. He was honest and very reasonably priced! I would definitely recommend him for whatever project you are considering! 5 starsComplete bathroom remodel performed by Gardner Construction. These guys showed up on time, did what they had to do and went above and beyond. Sean made sure I was completely cared for and that everything was perfect. I definitely recommend this company to anyone who wants home remodeling done. And who want it done right!
