    Worst store ever. Worst corporate office ever. It was made clear that we have no support, hardly any money, a special needs child, etc., and this store not only disregarded the specs that I wrote down on paper (including VIN), but also cannot keep promises. They harbor a store manager who not only is condescending and rude to female customers, but also to his staff.
    I complained to corporate. Not only did they say that the manager will be handled in-house (which I was ok with), they promised me the correct part by MORNING, 2 days later. I planned for it, so I can take the bus and not have to prep my child, pack bags, etc. With no answer, I called. Corporate responded back by claiming that they never promised me a time frame and that ***** had not come with the part yet. Not to mention, the woman on the other end won't tell me which store, because they are 2 locations in the town she kept mentioning (**** ********).
    With no time frame and only today to work on this vehicle (since my husband has no ride to work tomorrow and will be fired if he misses another day), I am facing ruin. This is my livelihood. I am an author who makes no income. Now, Autozone is helping to take away the other income.
    Thank you for the disrespect and for denying you said something. I know what you said. You could have just apologized, corporate, and moved on, but you were insistent. Could have just taken the ***** delay you mentioned, but you gaslighted me.
    Survivors of narcissistic abuse don't take kindly to be lied to.
