    Monday 12/05/2022, called Milli Mobile Auto LLC (Jeff) to replace the thermostat on my Jeep.
    We were supposed to meet at 1pm. He never showed and didn't answer when I called him. He called me back at 1:45pm saying he been running behind all day.
    We met up at 2:15pm. His personal cellphone, not the number on the side of the van, was constantly ringing. He kept stopping to answer which made it longer to finish my car. He ended up finishing at 5:30pm (dark outside since 4pm). That's 3 hrs and 15 minutes to change a thermostat. I was charged $80.
    The next morning I came outside and coolant was on the ground, see pic attached. I called multiple times no answer. I ran into him parked in a parking lot and showed him the leak. He agreed he needed to re-do the work and add some sealant. He gave me a time that day which came and went. I called his personal phone, no answer.
    I called the number from the side of the van. His business partner (Ousmane) answers and gives me a different time to meet. That time comes and goes, still no Jeff. I kept hearing excuse after excuse day after day.
    Long story short it is now Thursday 12/08/2022 and neither of them are answering their phones. At this point I just want a refund. So I sent a text msg stating this and have gotten no response. My next step is small claims court.
    AVOID THESE GUYS!
