    Additional Issues:
    While my primary complaint is the mishandling of the air intake replacement, there were other issues during the service:

    • They forgot to grease the fork slave during a clutch upgrade, causing it to jam until I fixed it myself.
    • Indicators for oil change and brake flush were not reset.
    • The tire alignment was done incorrectly, requiring a return visit.
    • Battery connectors were left loose.
    • They used 2 wooden screws to attach the drip pan to the subframe.

    Resolution Request:
    I am seeking a proper resolution to the air intake issue, specifically the replacement of the damaged *** intake tube with a correct, high-quality *** component as initially requested. Additionally, I expect better communication and timely resolution of these outstanding issues.

    I GAVE THE CUSTOMER A REFUND FOR BOTH ***** SILICONE HOSES IN THE FORM OF A CHECK IN THE AMOUNT OF $150.00 ON 9/20/2024 AND THE CUSTOMER WAS SATISFIED WITH THE REUND.

    They have cameras you can look and see I'm not lying.

    I just wanted to let you know that I came in on 3/28/04 to get an oil change along with fuel filters. The technicians agreed to do it, but I ended up waiting for 6 hours for the process to be completed. because they didnt prime the truck after changing bottom fuel filter. causing air to enter the fuel system After I received my truck and drove home, the next morning it wouldn't start I only drove my truck 200miles after they did maintenance on it. So, I was without a vehicle for 7 days.

    I had to get it towed to the Diesel Mechanic to diagnose the problem. in the attachments, you'll find that the filter was put in wrong, which broke my check valve to my HFCM. Additionally, trying to start it for 6 hours burned out my starter.
    I was escorted to the back of the shop where my truck was parked because they were unable to start it. They asked for my gas key to unlock the gas cap. They were pouring Diesel in my tank While there, I observed technicians unlocking the top fuel filter, pouring diesel into it.



    Looking forward to your prompt response to resolve this matter.

    CUSTOMER BLAME US FOR A DAMAGE ON VEHICLE STARTER AND THE STARTER WAS NO PERFORMACE BY THE IGNITION 

    WAS WORKING BY WIRES TRU THE HOOD ALSO PARTS ON PICTURE LOOKS LIKE OLD PARTS NO A BRAND NEW PARTS JUST INSTALLED
