    THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE EVER!!! HE TRIED TO RIP ME OFF!!!! I contacted the owner Carlos of Dumpster and Hauling Services to give me a quote to do a simple garage demolition job at one of my investment properties. I told him that I'll need the demolition done in about 3 to 4 months. Carlos was very personable and friendly over the phone and explained to me the process. He said he would send one of his guys out to the property to do a evaluation, take pictures and just get a general idea of the scope and size of the demolition so that he could give me a quote. Standard stuff right?

    The night before he is to start the job. He calls me up and says he can't do it!! He says he didn't realize how large the job was! He says he was going off of the pictures his guy took of the garage, and based off the pictures he thought the garage was much smaller. He gives me so many excuses as to why he can't do the job and it's going to cost way more than he quoted. He says the job is too big for him to handle, because his excavator is too small, but he has a partner that has a bigger excavator that can do the job. He tells me he feels bad about the whole situation and wants to make it right. He tells me to give him a day to contact his partner so that he can give me another quote. Guess how much this new quote is? CARLOS HAS THE NERVE TO QUOTE ME $24,000!!!!!! He tells me, that is a great quote and if I want to shop it go ahead, and he'll be happy to return my $2000.00 deposit.

    Well I did shop his ridiculous $24,000.00 quote, and got a another demolition company to do the job for $12,000!! Carlos reminds me of a scam artist, and he straight up tried to RIP ME OFF!!!! Don't waste your time with this unprofessional. And avoid Dumpster and Hauling Services LLC.
