    Secretary was very nasty. Called me a liar. Very argumentative. One of the worst interactions I've ever had with a company. Refused to transfer me to a supervisor for assistance after she would not help.

    There is a garbage removal truck that drives by my house every Monday morning at 5 a.m. to empty a dumpster in a baseball field around the corner. It wakes me and my family up every time. When I called the business to make them aware and see if there was any possibility to push back the time, I was told "they like to get an early start to their day". Being waken up at 5am every Monday is not a good way to start my week/day and it needs to stop. I was also told they try to go early to avoid traffic. I replied that even if they waited until 6am which would be a better alternative they would still not have any traffic. I was told she would pass along the information to the supervisor/management.
