    I placed an order for my friend who's Aunt passed away on February 15, 2024. I received a text notification saying it was Delivered Successfully. However, not only did my friend NOT receive her arrangement but she never received a called to see if she was home. Additionally, she has a **** camera and no delivery was captured on film. I have been calling the *** ******** ** store several times a day since last Thursday and every time I am told..."Let me look into this and we will call you back." They never call back and this includes both employees and the manager. I want my account to be credited for a delivery that was never made. I also was informed that they use Door Dash to make their deliveries and not even their own employees. I have requested proof of delivery and they can't provide it because clearly the delivery was never made. I am beyond angry at the complete lack of customer service and have received nothing but a runaround in trying to resolve this matter. I will never order from any edible arrangements locations again.

    Please do what you can to assist with this matter.
