      To whom it may concern,

      This is a matter regarding me getting services for a past vehicle I owned. The owner whose name is Saad A*****, agreed to repair my vehicle for a price of $1,700. I paid him a payment of $1,100.68 by credit card on November 17th, 2023 this was towards the repair bill. As he requested I make a payment in advance to him working on my vehicle. This was verified by text message on October 10th, 2023. The vehicle then sat in his possession for 4.5 months at his shop and did not get worked on at all. I did ask him over several times for updates regarding the status of the updates on my vehicle at the time by text message. He either would not reply or tell me to call him and he told me it would be worked on. I started to feel as though he wasn’t working on my vehicle at all, so I requested on May 14th,2024 for him to provide documentation within 24 hours to verify that the catalytic converter part was installed on the vehicle. He did not reply or provide this documentation which then lead me to request a refund from him two days later.


      I sent him a detailed text message on May 16th,2024. Asking him for a refund of the amount he owed me of $1,100. He replied and stated that he would do so. As of today I have only received $650 from him in the form of cash payments. He still owes me $450 as of today. I do have a paper trail of text messages where I made several attempts to receive the remaining $450 that he owes me at this time. He did not respond to any of those text messages and he stoped answering my phone calls as well. I am attempting to get my refund at this time of the $450 that he currently owes me.
