My client at ** ****** **** **** has asked me to call Honey of a Home to see if they are interested customers for the purchase of my client’s home. Honey of a Home will not contact me. They ignore my messages and continue to call my client. I have the saved voicemails from Honey of a HOME and they are VERY misleading. I can send them for your review. I have called Honey of a HOME and asked them to contact me directly as I have a sellers agreement and have been requested to handle all transactions for the sale of this home. I NEVER GET A RETURN CALL. Instead they called my client, again, but with a man’s voice who does not state who he works for or represents and implies he is interested in purchasing the house. My client forwards to me and I call to find out it’s Honey of a HOME. It reaks of deception and slimy tactics.

      Business Response

      Date: 04/11/2024

Please accept this response as a sincere effort to clarify a miscommunication and apologize for any inconvenience. I have reviewed all the contact attempts made by Honey of a Home llc to the home owner at ** ****** **** ****. Messages and text notes were sent offering our services and suggesting a benefit from our involvement. I do not show we spoke to the owner or that any indication a different Real Estate professional had been engaged. Ms. ******* did leave us a voice message April 3, we missed it even though a review process to insure calls are noted and appropriately acted on is part of our procedures.

We compounded the error with another follow call from an associate who missed the data point, a human error. I regret that we upset anyone since our goal is to provide a service and out efforts remain focused on that goal. I have left a message for Ms. ******* offering to discuss. I hope the reassurance that this account is no longer contacted and a promise to further tighten our contact protocols is sufficient.

I am honor bound to act in an ethical and professional manner and regret that any circumstance would cause doubt, again my apologies
