    On 6/29 I went to Foxon Lube and tire with a 2011 **** ** that I purchased for my nieces first car. It needed an oil change. I paid $73.90 and they told me they performed the service. On my drive home the oil pressure light went on. This wasn’t an issue before. I called the place back and asked them if they had actually changed the oil they assured me they did and told me to come back with the vehicle. I told them in order to bring it back I would need to tow it there because I was risking blowing the motor not knowing why the light was on. The next day I turned the car on and the light wasn’t there so I chose to not have it towed there. The car is sitting because my niece just got her permit and I am just slowly preparing it for when she gets her license. On July 9th I brang the car to an Audi specialist to go through the car for other repairs they thought the vehicle needed. They mentioned the vehicle needing an oil change because the oil was so dirty. Upon performing another oil change you can see that foxon lube and tire charged me for a service that was not performed. The oil was clearly very old and so was the filter.

    Brought my vehicle in for a fluid top off because I had an antifreeze leak. Foxon lube and tire informed me that I needed hoses replaced and eventually the radiator replaced. Foxon lube and tire told me they could and would perform the mechanical work and gave me a quote for the repair costs. The repairs were supposedly done and I picked up my vehicle. Within 72 hours my vehicle was experiencing the same issue that they supposedly fixed and corrected. My vehicle was leaking and overheating worse than before and is now completely undrivable and not safe on the road. I called foxon lube and was told to bring my vehicle in again, which I did. I was charged again for hoses, etc, and told the issue had been resolved. No, it was not. My vehicle is still not fixed and I can not safely drive it without worrying about causing more damage to my vehicle. After Foxon lube and tires second attempt to fix my vehicle, I do not trust they can do it and would like a full refund.
