    On July 19, 2024 I went to them for the first time to get my phone repaired (******** *** ***), I called ahead of time to ask about the price and was told $280. As soon as I got to there they tried to charge more but changed their minds when I complained. They "fixed" it, I was given my receipt and left. After leaving I noticed my phone popped up a notification about the part, saying it wasn't an official apple product, I wasn't informed of this. The same day, my phones function was messed up, the weekend past and I called them Monday to inform them my screen was malfunctioning and they told me to come in and I said I would try but wasn't able to and just dealt with the little inconvenience until I could go to them. I called them again today to inform them my phone screen COMPLETELY turned black and they told me to come in. Once I got there, they checked my phone and said the screen doesn't work by they can't do anything for me because its been 2 months and they have a warranty for 7 days, then they said 14 days and then the "boss" said he would've fixed it a month ago but its not their problem. I informed him I wasn't informed of the warranty and I called and reported issues immediately I just wasn't able to come in but none of the 3 times I called or the 2 times I showed up there did anyone mention a warranty until he mentioned it. He told me he KNOWS what was said when I came in before and that my phone was working perfectly fine before, I asked him to check the cameras and call logs to prove that no one informed me of this warranty and I did in fact report the issues before the screen completely stopped working and its not fair they wouldn't help me I spent so much money to fix it and didn't do anything wrong to the screen it was their wrongdoing but because he was mad we argued he wouldn't help and even if I paid he wouldn't fix it, he's the repair guy too so he didn't install it right the first time and blamed me for his mistake and wouldn't help.
