      This company has been the biggest headache I've had the misfortune to work with. They sold my grandfather a policy and completely deceived his knowledge on how proper policies should work. The customer service line is no help either, as they tried to blame me for their mistakes. Agents are incompetent and do not have the proper communication skills to conduct standard business. Please avoid this company. Save yourself the money and time.

      I would give them a zero if I could. I have been faithful to an organization that has not honored anything they advertise that they stand for. I have bought life insurance only to find my beneficiaries are incorrect by chance. Because you can't get the information without endless phone calls emails and misery. I have recently found out that the life insurance I was paying for wasn't there because it was incorrect and did not match what I requested. Forms I was told would correct the mistake did the opposite and made it worse. You have no way to validate anything they do, you are repeatedly sent into a spiral of misery trying to get information. Then when you do finally get someone they come to your house waste hours of your time trying to up sell you on everything. Yes they are the cheapest, but buyer beware you definitely don't get what you pay for.
      If you are happy with throwing your money into a barrel and taking someones word that it will grow while never being allowed to check it then this is the place for you. Don't walk run!

      I purchased a Whole Life Policy in 1989 for $72,000. I was told by the agent after about 25-30 years, no more premiums.
      What a lie! I am now 70 years old and received a bill for $500 in 2023
      I am retired and still getting a annual billto pay these crooks. Now that I am older and smarter buy your policy from some one you can trust; what a joke
