CT Firearm School Charged $207.50 on Oct 27th, 2023, for CT/**** Pistol Permit training, encompassing the state training, range qualification, and *receiving NRA/Utah/********(Exclusive for ******** Residents only). Ryan W***** was the POC ( Point of Contact) and the acclaimed owner of CT Firearm School. Ryan W***** offered the **** class illegally online(unknown to me at the time of **** statutes mandating it's taught in person ONLY). I complied with the videos and the range qualifications on March 3rd, 2024. Once training was complied with, I was instructed to tell Ryan by text, indicating Ryan was never to meet me in person to sign off any training. However, Ryan emailed me an NRA certificate but claimed he must mail the other forms. Fast forward to May of 2024, after multiple attempts to reach Ryan. He says that **** is illegally stealing my mail and refusing to deliver it. Unknown to Ryan, I assume **** is a federal agency, which is a felony for an individual to tamper with mail illegally. Especially within a Federal building. Although Ryan continues to say so, unaware. Soon after, I file a dispute with my bank. I also left a Google review on CT Firearm School shortly after I got blackmailed by Ryan, stating he wouldn't send me the mail for another month unless I changed it to a good review; I don't. Ryan managed to lie to my bank saying he only has to provide a NRA Certificate to me, which is invalid. However, the State of **** has taken action against Ryan W***** since revoking his instructor permit due to his unprofessionalism. Ryan, to this day, still offers the **** class online illegally, after being revoked of his instructor permit. This individual not only showed unprofessionalism, but also a lack of business ethics, and despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue he withdrew from communication.
