  It took 3 visits to Spartan Stone & Monument to get a rubbing done of headstone. Waiting over 8 months to have headstone engraved. I called many times and left messages along with emails. No replys. I paid $1200.00 up front and only have a layout on paper which should only take all of 15 minutes. Looking now at past reviews it is only rated at 2.5 out of 5. Many reviews state they never return calls and do not complete the work. I wish I read the reviews earlier.

  Spartan monument is a very unreliable business do not use them my Dad passed a year ago and they still have not added his name to stone was paid in full I demanded a refund and was issued a bad check now I have to do all sorts of paperwork to take him to court they are a bunch of thieves buyer beware

  Buyer beware. This is a fraudulent business preying on people, especially the elderly such as my mother. She put a deposit down for my father's headstone in June of 2022 and we still have no idea of when it will be completed. No one answers the phone at the office and even the presumed owner Eric doesn't reach back to you on his cell phone. We have to drive 40 minutes to the office and all we get are excuses and false estimates of completion. We have never had a worse experience with a business. This place does an excellent job of increasing stress to a family during a time of grief. The owner should go back to school to learn how to run a business efficiently or sell to someone more competent.

  placed an order in november 2022 paid amount due and nothing has been done since then,spoke to eric s. a few times ,got a lot of excuses and then on march n30, he called and told me he went to cemetary and they would be going up in a few weeks. went to cemeary on mothers day and it still wasn't done .i have left messages for both eric's and no one returns calls you can never speak to a person when you call-you have to leave messages. i only need to have the date of my brother's passing put on the marker. should be a simple job, if they don;t want to do the job,return my money and i will find someone else to do the job

  I would not recommend this company to anyone. This is not the "********* business take over. *** ******** completed your inscription within 2 months. I am still waiting for inscription on my husband's stone and it has been 24 WEEK'S since this company cashed my check. I called and emailed and still have not received any response..Six weeks ago the company said it would be done that week, still not done. Very Disappointed!!!
