      I purchased a puppy 4 1/2 weeks ago, my dog is sick and have incurred many vet visits and monies spent to get her cured, she’s still fighting a infection in which the store sold it, they have a 21 day health guaranty, I provided bills & everything, they cursed me out and never responded back as myself and many customers

      I purchased a puppy at Safari Stan's Pet Center, *** ***** ** *** *****, on the evening of November 27. Per the instructions, I called ****** ********** ******** on Monday to make an appointment for the puppy to be seen for a routine visit on December 19. The dog got sick with a progressively worsening cough. I called ****** *** *****, on Wednesday, making an appointment for Friday, December 2, and then when the dog would not stop coughing, I called Thursday and brought her in to be seen. She had a temp of 103.5 and a chest x-ray that looked like pneumonia, according to the Vet. He was hesitant to treat her due to her small size, 2 pounds, and any potential worsening of her illness necessitating an overnight stay. The vet recommended I take her to a *** ** which I did. She was seen and was diagnosed with double pneumonia. The ** *** put her on antibiotics after drawing blood and taking a culture. I was to take the dog back to the vet in three days which I did, and again this past Friday. I called Safari Stan's explaining what has occurred and who I can get reimbursed for the ED visit. I was told to submit it on their website under the WeCare tab. I did this. I have yet to hear back. I called last Thursday asking why I haven't heard back and was told I would tell the person who reviewed it to look at it. I still have not heard from them, even after sending an email on Friday.

      I am reaching out to you to let you know about this traumatic event my family and our poor dog had to deal with her entire short life. We purchased our dog ******** 5/22/2021, a Rottweiler puppy from Safari Stans Pet Store in *** ****** **. Only a little past a year, we had to euthanize ******** because she tested positive for a contagious and incurable infection called Brucellosis. This poor puppy had issues her entire life and we went through multiple surgeries and had her on medications to try and save her, but we were not able to save her in the end. We tried to contact Safari Stans multiple times, and the owner refused to speak to us. They continue to delete comments on their social media that are negative instead of reaching out to the customer or answering them. The only time I was able to get a response is when I physically went into the store and they offered me a NEW puppy in EXCHANGE for the puppy who was now a part of our family.
      We had to take her to the animal hospital to find out if it was an issue from a recent surgery she had. ******** had 2 complete ACL repairs on both hind legs, thanks to her extra vertebrae she had due to inbreeding/not being taken care of properly at the puppy mill she was from/not properly taken care of by Safari Stans once she got there. Turns out, this was another issue, and they stated it was a back infection. So they gave us antibiotics which helped immensely and said they were mandated to test for an infection called Brucellosis however they were SURE she didn't she didn't have it because it was mainly in male dogs who were not neutered aka dogs used for breeding.
      Well it came back positive and we were forced to euthanize her. They said they believe she had it her whole life because of all of the issues she has had and the pain she was in that came back every few months.
      The breeder they used was ****** ******** who has multiple violations against her and many people have tried to shut her down. Please help us with this.
