    had the part I needed for a reasonable price, and it was delivered to me quickly. However, they're return/exchange policy is kinda whack. The item I received had an imperfection in the paint and so I reached out asking to exchange it, to which they approved. Great, however they sent me an RA with no shipping label. When I followed up to ask about a shipping label they kind of rudely replied "Sorry we don't provide shipping labels." Uh, ok.. I understand this as a general return policy, but you're telling me I am responsible for paying return shipping on the defective item they sent me? I responded and never heard back from them. In this case it wasn't worth sending the item back and so now I am stuck with a toilet flusher that has chipped paint. Knowing this policy and their unwillingness to work with a customer who has received a defective product from them I would not recommend ordering anything from them.
