    Purchased product from them that never arrived. They sent me tracking number which **** indicated package was undeliverable or even returnable to them. I asked for my money back three times! Each time I was told to contact the ****.

    Their Customer service will not help me just keep telling me to contact ****.
    As you can easily see via tracking number you gave me, we never got the product! I would like a complete refund why are you not refunding me my money? If there is an issue with **** it’s on you not me. Once again, refund me my money!

    To Whom It May Concern:

    My name is **** ******* and I am the Inside Sales Manager at Industrial Flow Solutions. 

    I received notification of the complaint filed with BBB on 11/4/24 and immediately tried to call the complainant.  I left a voicemail for **** ****** explaining that we had no record of him ever making a purchase from our company, but that I wanted to speak with him to try and determine what the problem was and help him with a resolution.  Mr. ****** sent me a text message indicating that we, Industrial Flow Solutions, was incorrectly implicated in this complaint as his issue is with a toy company; we are a submersible pump company and do not sell direct to consumers.

    I have attached a screen shot of my text conversation with Mr. ****** to this response.

    I hereby ask that this complaint be stricken from the record of Industrial Flow Solutions as it was not filed against us, but against ************* *** *******.
