    I ordered clothing from an organization called *********, in the amount of $100.97 on January 19, 2025. This company charged me immediately, then the order was supposed to be fulfilled by Campus Customs. I did not receive my clothing for several weeks (which I understood since ********* is a new company and had probably received an overwhelming amount of orders). In mid-February, I emailed Campus Customs about the order and on Feb. 26, 2025 I received an email saying "Your Order is On the Way." But every time since when I click on the tracking link via ***, it just says the items have not been received. I have emailed Campus Customs again several times and two times the email has bounced back while other emails have gone through but gone unreturned. They don't answer phone calls.

    As it appears *** lost the first package which is why the tracking number did not work, we have reshipped this order under tracking #******************.  We see that it will be delivered to the customer by 4/21/25.  We apologize for the inconvenience.

    I appreciate the response from the business, but when I click to track the package it still hasn’t shipped so I will believe it’ has been shipped when I actually see it on my doorstep. There is no estimated delivery date, and it just says “on its way” rather than “out for delivery.” Seems suspicious but keeping my fingers crossed!

    Timing of order, still not received almost 10 weeks later

    January 17 - placed order #******
    Feb 26 - After emailing a few times to ask why it was taking so long to ship (and getting responses immediately, being patient about the high volume and waiting for my items), I finally received an email saying my order shipped. When I clicked the *** status, it said *** didn’t have it.

    March 4 and March 9 - emailed asking about status for *** pick up, no response. *** tracking website still says it doesn’t have the package yet.

    March 11 - emailed to ask about status and contacted via main company website as well. No response, and *** tracking website still said it didn’t have the package yet.

    March 13th and March 17th- Tried contacting the company via *********, because I had not heard a single thing from anybody about my order.

    March 14th - I finally got a response, from customer service. I tried responding in the email thread as suggested, and it got kicked back to me. I was told I would hear from *** and didn’t. *** still did not have my package. have not heard from *** as said I would. The ticket number for customer support that was made is #*****

    March 18th - requested a refund, no response. I also asked to talk to a manager. I had been asking this throughout

    March 23rd: sent a final email asking for help/management/a refund and said I was going to contact the bank and report to BBB.

    March 24: no response from customer but simply a refund email. It took me saying I was going to report fraud to the bank and to the BBB for there to be any acknowledgement. I’ve been trying to get help with my order for close to 10 weeks.

    We understand the frustration that goes along with a lost *** package.  The *** claim process could take months for us to receive a response.  The customer has been refunded as requested and the order has been cancelled.  The *** claim for our filing on the lost package is still pending response.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    This is beyond *** not having my package even though it was marked as shipped. That is a problem, but I have also been trying for almost 10 weeks to get customer service attention, and nobody has been answering me. I have been asking to speak to a manager, and nobody has been answering me. It took me saying I was going to contact the BBB and call the bank to report fraud to get any sort of attention.

    I still would like to talk to someone to understand why this happened and why I did not receive any help for three months.

    I ordered Unrivaled apparel on January 18, 2025 for $145.97. I sent an email to their customer service on January 23rd and again on February 3rd. I was given an update that my order would be shipped on February 10th. I followed up with another email on February 17th and it's been radio silence from their end. I've reach out to Unrivaled via email (without any response) and have taken to social media to ask if anyone else has had a similar experience. Based on people's replies and comments, no one has gotten their orders for several weeks. I've filed a dispute with my bank, but I'm finding it frustrating that customers (and supporters of this very popular league) have been left in the dark.

    Due to the overwhelming support and demand, orders have taken longer than expected to process.  They are shipping as quickly as humanly possible.  As per the customer's request with their bank (via chargeback), this order has been cancelled and a refund has been issued. Our apologies and appreciate the understanding as we work to improve these systems.

    I purchased 2 t shirts from ********* ****** ********** ******. The amount of $85.97 on 1/18/2025. I never received tracking information. It took them over 2 weeks to email me back. Only to be told they don't know when my order will ship. It's now been over a month. I have requested a refund from them and yet to hear anything back. They have no other contact information or address other than the email address provided below. No physical mailing address or phone number is provided on their website either.
