  Yona Gregory represented my ex landlord/ ex lover in evicting me from my home of 6 years which was paid for yearly, $11,400 in advance each year for 5 years.. She never served a notice to quit to me, all of the papers that I saw online, that she supposedly sent .during the case, were never sent to me. This is her flat fee, non payment, fast food drive through approach to law. She disregards the facts.
  I was never served a NTQ. In court she dropped the non payment and it became lapse of time eviction because my ex lover wanred me out when he realized that I didn't forgive him for cheating on me. I hired a very expensive lawyer to defend myself against her lies. My ex lover never communicated to me that he wanted me out. On the contrary, when he told me hat he had been cheating , he said that I would always have a place to live.
  My grievance against Yona is that she lied about serving the notice to quit, there were other papers that I found online that she supposedly sent me which I never received. I brought them to my lawyer and all he said was, you don't have to worry about not receiving anything anymore because I am representing you.
  That means that it is Yona Gregory's practice to skirt the law. have a Marshall on file to attach to the eviction papers, which are served, although the NTQ is not. There are only 2 people that live in a 4 apt. victorian. 2 entrances. One mine. One his. He has lived in the building 30 t\years before Travis Caraway , my ex lover/landlord owned it. I was never served, one of us would have seen it.
  Yona Gregory lies and cheats, she doesn't warn tenants or give them notice, she doesn't mail them notices during court proceedings. She filed that I had agreed to electronic signatures. The court document stated that I was sent a copy by mail. I have never received anything from her.
  She needs to be held accountable. I was a paying tenant , she is a liar beyond lawyer lies. She manipulated system
