I used to bowl here regularly. Especially when old man RIP was alive. Even joined a league. But the service since his death has declined. I'd bowl $50 worth a day. 3-4 times a week here. Became a regular. Then once I became a league member my rates were reduced. But one employee there took to dislike me for some reason. He would charge me full rate when I'd bring kids in for the kids yet when my girl would pay they would be reduced rate as well just because he has a problem with me. Well I just had my last experience paying for disrespect. I came, in paid and got set up on my lane. There was someone on the shared ball return lane next to me. When I was setting up, the machine was jamming for the guy bowling next to me. I bowled in total about 2 1/2 games with the ball return jamming about 6 times. Having to notify the already disgusted in me employee named Dominic. When I had waited patiently for him to do his job and fix the ball return. He comes out of the back and giving me an unpleasant attitude starts barking at me about how it's my fault that the machine wasn't working because my ball was picking up oil. Even though it was jamming and jammed when I first got there. I told and displayed my frustration and disgust with the manager only to repeatedly have her side with her employee because customers have to deal with attitudes without having one. I tried multiple times to talk and dispute the inappropriate nature to how I felt treated by her employee. Only to have her say she didn't hear or see it so she's siding with him. While he's still swearing at and around me demanding I be respectful to her employee. The sum of this experience was horrible and not a service I feel anyone should be paying a family center for. It's really sad because now I have to bow out of my league due to morals that I have to adhear to. And I really loved this place. Most everyone else was amazing and fun. Thx, for your ear.
