      RPM had a contract to manage the condo I was renting through them. They lost their contract with the owner of the condo, and I have come to an agreement with the owner for my time here. Real Management Properties lost this contract with the owner months ago and are still refusing to return my $2,990.00 deposit.

      I feel RPM should have returned my deposit at the time of losing the contract on this property. They have been a horrible company to work with over the past 3 years. Margaret Gledhill, the property manager is the problem and the person refusing to release my deposit. She is also the reason RPM lost the contract on the property.
      I could go on with the issues I have had with them over the years. Lack of response to maintenance needs, no communication with the owner, and when there was a flood in my basement she lied to me and told me the owner had no homeowners insurance and wouldn't fix it. Turns out the truth is that Margaret didn't want to have to do the work to deal with fixing the flooded basement.

      I sent an inital PARTIAL deposit for a duplex rental at * ****** ** after signing a lease. I never recieved a receipt for my partial deposit, a move in date, or the correct address. Within a week of sending the certified check my bank account was hacked. I sent numerous emails to Margaret G******* to recieve all of the above information and was ignored, hung up on, and told via text "we dont send receipts" and to refer to a portal that did not work. After researching Real Property Mangement and hearing such negative reviews I decided I not go forward with the move in. I let them know within 3-5 business days via both certified mail and email, and requested a partial refund of my $2300 saying they could keep $1200 of my money for mitigation purposes. They took their time re-listing the property and am now trying to charge me an additional amount of $ 1, 073.73 for rent. I never moved into the property, never recieved a key, and after numerous emails with no response I would like my full amount reurned to me of $2,300. I have contacted the division of housing, the department of banking and no one is able to help me since I did not move in. Can you please help me? I have all my documentation, my check info, and would just like some assistance to get this matter resolved.

      This is owed to me due to your negligence in proper communication prior to April 1, 2022 for the ****** ** rental. You failed to provide a solid move in date, an address, or a receipt for my partial deposit, and continued to tell me to refer to an app portal that doesn’t work. Also, I never got to speak with a manager when I asked to after calling your *** ****** number by another associate of yours.  I never moved in, paid a full deposit, or received a key. You have continuously  ignored my emails and hung up on me. You have been beyond rude and unprofessional and this all is grounds for the refund of my partial deposit in the amount of $2,300. This is my final request. I also asked you for your headquarters address and an itemized bill on the amount you’re requesting and have been ignored on that as well. 

      I have all the documentation necessary to prove this, and would like it to be settled asap. Please send my money immediately.
