    Tom’s crew did an excellent job with our exterior renovation. If you saw the deck before and after pictures you'd hire him on that alone! They were prompt and professional and completed the job in a timely manner. Tom was always available to respond to any questions or concerns. We would highly recommend him for future work.

    Tom did a full renovation of the house: painting, kitchen, two bathrooms. It was an extensive job. Tom and his crew did a good job on this large project. Especially, Tom is reliable and pays attention to details. He was responsive to our requests and promptly corrected a few things that we signaled him. Ultimately, we had a good experience and recommend Tom.

    Tom and his teams did a great job preparing and refinishing our deck. He was very easy to work with and communicative throughout the entire project. His teams were very attentive to the detail and visibly engaged. When all was done it was good value for the price

    I’ve used Tom in his crew for entire kitchen renovation a couple years ago. They just completed a master bathroom renovation. I have to say it is much better than expected. When doing a large renovation you have to expect some hiccups along they way. What made Tom and his crew stand out was the ability to accommodate these issues and guide us. Not to mention be flexible as our minds changed through out the process as well.
    He is our go to guy for any major house repairs and renovations
    I also forgot to mention he redid our room last year and deck too!!!
    Highly recommended.

    Tom Saint Painting and Remodeling Services have been much appreciated by us in the past week. We chose to hire someone to stain the interior of the frames and grilles of our new windows. Having done this ourselves a few years ago with other new windows, we recalled how painstaking and tedious a job it was. We contacted Tom's company and he promptly returned our call. Tom sent Victor to our home the next day to discuss different stain options, number of coats, etc. We had many questions and he was very patient with us, answering all of them. Within an hour we had a call from Tom with a quote. We felt the price was very fair, especially considering the great care and exactness needed to apply stain to window frames and grills.
    The project began within three days, promptly at 8:00a.m. Careful attention was given by the stainers to covering floors and carpeting. Their thoroughness, consideration and attention to detail were exhibited in all aspects of the project. At all times they showed care and conscientiousness. Each day they left the areas involved tidy and clean. At the end of the final day it was as if they had not even been here, except for the beautifully applied stain on our new window frames and grills. We are very pleased we found Tom Saint and Company! They have been a pleasure to work with!
